Artists, Performers and Volunteers use this form

• All Artwork and performances must incorporate illumination.
• All Artwork must be weather proof. Exception: pieces shown in the gallery.
• All participating visual and performing artists must submit an entry form.
• It is understood that artwork is not insured.
• Volunteers need only fill in the contact information and check the, YES! I'm willing to volunteer, box

Volunteering

YES! I'm Willing to Volunteer:

Volunteering is a great way to participate and be a part of the growing GLOW community.
Volunteers get a GLOW t-shirt, themselves and one other person free admission but most
importantly you are helping out the community. By Volunteering you are agreeing to working a two
or four hour shift (the four hour shift gets an extra person on the guest list). Artists & Volunteers are asked to wear illuminated outfits and we’ll be having a workshop to help you do just that on August 23.
Additional workshops will be announced as they are organized.
Artists Receive the same plus some extra premiums.

Notes:

• Please honor all deadlines or make arrangements with the organizers if you can’t.
• You are responsible for installing your piece by the deadline.
• Insuring that it works pre-GLOW and maintaining it throughout the weekend of GLOW.
• You must remove your piece by the following weekend or make arrangements with the organizers.
• Bring power cords and power strips necessary for your piece, Label them with a name and phone number to insure they are returned to you. Alternative power is encouraged.
